Shipping Within USA:
You may choose UPS, and USPS shipping rates. The express options are available if you want to expidite your order. Your shipping options and costs will be offered during checkout.
'Flat Rate (Best Way)' is promotional and it is only valid within continental 48 states.
At Muffler Mall, we welcome international orders and we have executed a number of international orders.
Most issues we had with an international order was shipping. We found that the most feasible way was to use USPS, or US mail system to ship internationally without much hassle.
At Muffler Mall, we make it easy to return a product to us if you are not fully satisfied with it.
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any merchandise in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or exchange - whichever you prefer. Please note that a $ 2.00 refund fee shall be applied against your account.
Please note that we will refund the shipping cost only if a wrong item is sent, so as the return was a result of our own mistake.
Damaged or defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for direct replacement. In case of physically damaged products shipped via UPS,FedEx, or other courier services, you may refuse delivery. Any damage found after opening your packages and examining the merchandise should be reported to the relevant courier service and merchant within 48 hours after delivery in order to start the replacement or repair process. If you receive damaged merchandise, always keep the shippping cartons and documents until your claim has been acknowledged and settled.
What about Orders Containing Promotional Items?
All items that are part of a promotional package must be returned in order to be entitled to a full refund. If you wish to keep any promotional items, you can choose to do so and be charged the regular price for the items.
Are There any Exceptions?
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following items:
- Products that have been modified or damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse
- Products returned after 30 days of receipt
- Products returned without a Return Authorization number
- Products returned to us without using a shipping box (unless the original shipment from us to you was made without using a shipping box)
All items will be evaluated upon receipt of the return in our warehouse for return acceptance.
Exchanges and replacements will be shipped after the original item has been returned to our warehouse and evaluated for return acceptance.
Muffler Mall reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee under the following circumstances:
- Items returned for not fitting (too big or too small)
- Items returned blemished
- Items returned missing parts
- Items not returned in original factory packaging
- Items returned with original factory packaging either damaged or not intact
How do I Return a Product?
Please email us service at mufflermall dot com for a Return Authorization number and return instructions. We will make arrangements to exchange or refund the merchandise.
We strongly recommend using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Insured Parcel Post for all returns. Please note that return shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
